The James Laine’s controversial books insulted the great king of India His Majesty King Chhtrapati Shivaji Maharaj
The Supreme Court judgment refusal to ban the book in which King has been insulted, is injustice with the sentiments of the people of India. It is heartbroken judgment by the court. Indian has no justice in their own country.
Why all the international related judgments are against the Indian in the India. I feel very sorry to say but it is true mostly judges are corrupted and many have been appointed inexperience young chaps who can’t dare to punished the culprits.
During trials in the courts I observed that many judges are so young, inexperience, corrupt and they don’t have capability to judge the cases and punish the culprits and they have more sympathy with culprits than the abused. They are the toys in the hands of culprits and advocates that’s why cases are prolong years and years just for the sake of culprits. And so the culprits have the daring for crime. I don’t need to produced any proof, there are many cases like Bhopal Gas, Ruchica case and many many more……………..
Now a day’s Indian have no faith in police and judiciary that’s why women are advised to protect and defend themselves. Still a common man is a slave in the hand of our own people in our own country.
